Common questions

A player’s points look wrong. Check your scoring format in Settings — every number on the site is counted in the format you have chosen there.

My leagues aren’t showing. Set your Sleeper username in Settings, then sync from League Manager.

I forgot my password. Use the reset link. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead — there is no password on that account to reset.

I want my data, or I want out. Download everything or delete your account. Neither needs us.

If you have found a security problem, please email it to us before posting it anywhere public, and we will get to it quickly.
